Veltrion Labs currently accepts and fulfils orders for delivery within the United Kingdom only. Orders placed for delivery outside the United Kingdom may not be accepted or may be cancelled and refunded where appropriate.

Order processing

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received or otherwise confirmed. Processing times may vary depending on stock availability, order checks, weekends, public holidays and operational circumstances.

Delivery

Delivery services, estimated delivery windows and any applicable delivery charges are shown at checkout where available. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates and may be affected by courier delays, adverse weather, address issues or events outside our reasonable control.

Delivery address

Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. Customers are responsible for checking their order and address details before submitting an order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or dispatch.

Dispatch and tracking

Where tracking is provided by the selected delivery service, tracking information may be sent by email or made available through the relevant order information. Tracking availability depends on the courier and service used.

Failed or delayed delivery

If a delivery is delayed, missing or returned to sender, please contact us with your order details. We will review the available courier information and take reasonable steps to assist. Additional delivery charges may apply where an order must be resent because an incorrect or incomplete delivery address was supplied, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Damaged parcels

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged or an item appears damaged in transit, please retain the packaging and contact us promptly with your order number and supporting photographs where possible.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as delivery services and operational arrangements change. Final courier names, delivery times and charges can be added when confirmed.
